Oil removal filter

Oil removal filter for removing oil in emulsion state. Removal is possible simply by passing water through it.

This product is a filter cartridge that efficiently adsorbs and removes oil components such as emulsified gasoline and oil that are finely dispersed in liquid. It is possible to remove emulsified oil contaminants that cannot be separated by flotation or sedimentation simply by passing water through the filter. Replacing the filter is also easy, as it only requires changing the filter media. 【Features】 ■ Efficiently adsorbs and removes oil components such as emulsified gasoline and oil ■ Removal is possible simply by passing water through the filter ■ Filter replacement is easy and can be done by just changing the filter media *For more details, please refer to the external link or feel free to contact us.

Oil removal filter

By simply passing the oil particles, which are dispersed and emulsified in the water as fine particles, through a filter, the tiny emulsified oil particles will be separated from the water!

The oil that has become an emulsion is a state of oil where oil particles have been refined due to ultrasonic waves or friction at sliding surfaces. Such oil cannot achieve a difference in specific gravity with water, resulting in an emulsion (emulsified) state without separating from water. The oil removal filter adsorbs tiny oil particles that are in an emulsion state onto the surface of the filter fibers. Tiny oil particles continuously adhere to the fiber surface, gradually increasing in size, and once they exceed a certain size, they detach from the fiber surface due to the force of the water flow and flow out to the secondary side of the filter. At this time, the oil particles that have flowed out are of a size greater than several micrometers in diameter, making them easily separable from water and resulting in floating oil particles. As a result, the oil particles that were in an emulsion state on the primary side of the filter are separated from water on the secondary side of the filter due to the difference in specific gravity with water.
